La Luna is a true Oklahoma City original that has been serving up authentic, made-from-scratch and incredibly tasty mexican food since 1974.

Originally named La Roca, La Luna was founded by Mino Hernandez. His stepdaughter Cindy, purchased the restaurant in 1984 and has been running the joint ever since.

La Luna recently expanded from its original location at Reno and Walker in OKC to a second location on historic campus corner in Norman, Oklahoma.

Stop by either location and you'll likely spot Cindy or one of her kids carrying on the family dream.
